Reset offers Spirit-filled pathways to transform your relationship with God, yourself, and people.

Overcoming past hurts and taking steps of faith is rarely a simple process. For many of us, it feels like two steps forward and one step back. And because the journey is hard, it was never meant to be walked alone. That’s why we started Reset.

Founded in the summer of 2021, Reset Ministries is a nonprofit organization that offers faith-based support for emotional, relational, and spiritual health. As a para-church ministry, we partner with faith-based organizations and faith-oriented individuals to help people move beyond what holds them back so they can flourish in life and relationships. We know that not every church is equipped to offer these kinds of specialized services—that’s why we exist.

Through retreats, groups, and coaching, we create space for freedom, healing, and lasting transformation in Christ.

We create spaces where people can show up honestly without fear of judgment. Stories are held with care and confidentiality so trust can grow. Transformation begins when we are known and supported, without pressure and without the need to force outcomes.

Transformation requires honest work. It takes courage to face the hard parts of our stories and stay present with one another in the process. Together, we name what is true, practice new ways of relating, and take meaningful steps toward the life God is inviting us to live.

We are deeply grounded in Scripture and open to the Spirit’s work, drawing from the richness of the Christian tradition. We hold together what is often separated—grace and truth, head and heart, charismatic and contemplative, discipleship and deliverance—believing transformation happens where depth and breadth meet.
