Together, Jeff and Carissa Raderstorf lead Reset Ministries. Jeff, a lifelong learner and full-time high school English teacher, is passionate about forming Christ in believers through engaging with the Scriptures and communing with God. He leads Reset’s weekly Life Groups, which offer an opportunity to experience Christian community through worship, prayer, communion, and a verse-by-verse study of the Bible. Jeff holds a B.A. in English from ASU and an M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary.

For over 20 years, Carissa has been helping people grow in one capacity or another—as students, athletes, disciples, or leaders. She’s passionate about awakening others to the presence of God and incorporating emotional healing and relational growth into the discipleship process. Carissa, an ordained minister and board-certified pastoral counselor, oversees the Reset Retreats, Reset Together, and personalized Coaching and Intensives. She holds an M.A.E. from Olivet Nazarene University and Graduate Certificates in Counseling and Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute at CUI.

Amber is a visionary who strives to share the Gospel through visual arts, writing, and music. She has a deep passion for helping others to heal emotionally, discover their life’s purpose in Christ, and connect with their Creator in unique ways by invoking their imagination. With an education in Biblical Studies as well as Creative Writing, she focuses primarily on using storytelling to give fresh perspectives on Biblical concepts. Amber is a wife to Rob and mother of two young daughters, Rhea Rylan and Riley Ruelle.

Rocky has always enjoyed dreaming big, starting new things, and serving people. In fact, by the time he was 30, he was already the owner of Chasers Designated Drivers, which has grown into a thriving small business. Originally from Mendota, CA, Rocky is one of 14 siblings who grew up in church, but his life was forever transformed at a Reset Retreat in the Fall of 2019. He’s passionate about sharing his story, leading others to freedom, and staying connected to God through worship and prayer. Rocky and his wife, Nancy, have two young daughters, Chloe Rose and Tori Grace.

Julie Vasquez is a technical product marketer and product manager with over a decade of experience in software, high-tech manufacturing, and defense. Prior to getting her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (now part of Arizona State University), Julie ran an award-winning faith-based community development corporation in central New Jersey and worked with families in the child welfare system. Julie and her husband are foster/adoptive parents with extensive training in trauma-informed care. Together, they planted a Spanish church in Phoenix.

In life and leadership, Nathan has modeled hard work and giving back. As a real estate agent and full-service general contractor, Nathan has helped hundreds of clients love the house they call home. Living by the motto, “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you,” Nathan co-founded Standing in the Gap Foundation to serve underprivileged youth. In his free time, the altruistic Phoenix native to loves attend Cardinals games, listen to live music, travel and spend time with his wife, Jess, and two sons, Chase and Charlie.
