About Carissa
From the classroom to collegiate athletics to pastoral ministry, Carissa has spent more than 25 years helping people heal, develop, and grow. Today, she brings that integrated experience into her coaching work, partnering with individuals who are ready for meaningful change and committed to the deep work transformation requires.
Known for her calm presence and thoughtful discernment, Carissa brings wisdom and kindness into the coaching space. She holds complexity without rushing, creating an environment where clients feel safe enough to share and brave enough to take meaningful steps forward. Her work weaves together spiritual formation, emotional healing, and relational growth—so lasting change can take root.
Carissa holds a master’s degree in education and graduate certificates in professional counseling and executive coaching from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. She is an ordained pastor and is currently pursuing certification in Narrative-Focused Trauma Care through The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology.
Her heart is to help people experience deep freedom and step into their God-given purpose.
